The story of Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel began long before the first bottle. It started in a Trinidad kitchen, where holiday gatherings meant music, laughter, and the scent of sorrel brewing on the stove.
When I moved back home to East Flatbush Brooklyn, that same scent became my anchor. What began as a batch to share with friends turned into a movement- a way to bring Caribbean flavor and craftsmanship into modern celebrations.
Today, every bottle still follows our family’s generations-old process: slow-brewed, lightly sweetened, alcohol-free, and full of real ingredients sourced from trusted Caribbean farms.
That connection to home is what makes our sorrel special. It’s not mass-produced—it’s crafted with intention and memory.
