Shipping Policy

Every order ships in Grade A bottle shippers built for glass. A brewed and aged sorrel deserves to arrive exactly the way it left us, and it does.

Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Lost or damaged packages
It’s rare, but if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email uswithin 7 days of delivery at assist@brooklynbrewedsorrel.com with your order number. For damaged items, include a photo. Once we confirm, we’ll send a replacement within 3 business days, completely free of charge.

Holiday closures
We’re closed and do not ship on Thanksgiving Day, December 25, and January 1. Orders placed on those days ship the next business day.
