Return + Refund Policy

We ship using patented and secure bottle shippers and make every effort for your order to arrive quickly and safely within 2-7 business days (transit time is relative to nearness to New York). Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please note the expected time of arrival. If your order arrived damaged or lost/ stolen please contact us at assist@brooklynbrewedsorrel.com or 347-768-2365 within 5 days of arrival or expected arrival for prompt replacement. The sooner the better! 

If an item is damaged, lost or stolen please send us a picture via email of your packaging and or damaged item + as much of the following information that applies: your name, order number and or tracking number. We’ll send a new order out to you within 7 days at no additional cost and may require that you hold on to your package for an additional 5 days in accordance with UPS/ USPS claims policy.

Items are shipped as advertised and described. As Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel is a food product we do not issue refunds or returns. We issue replacements.
