We learned this from the chefs at the famous Wolf restaurant at Nordstrom.
During our Pop up residency at Nordstrom NYC, Wolf, their super-swank restaurant on Floor 3 purchased Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel and used it at several of their events. They experimented with our mocktail and created different mixer recipes. Our founder's best pick was so delicious it's meant to be shared with all of you here firsthand!
 
Our recipe is perfect for when you would like to relax and recharge in quiet spaces, lovely for gatherings too. It adds a surprise twist to our herb-infused mocktail that is sure to wow your friends, family, and guests.
 
Try this recipe at home and feel free to share with us your version of Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel Rosemary Mocktail.
herb-infused rosemary and nonalcoholic mocktail with caribbean heritage and all-natural ingredients, hibiscus roselle, ginger, cinnamon and spices.
  • Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel Rosemary Mocktail

    Ingredients:

    • 1 oz Rosemary simple syrup (see recipe below directions)
    • 1 oz Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel
    • 3/4 oz lemon juice
    • 3 oz club soda
    • Ice

     

    Directions:

     

    In a glass, pour 1oz of Rosemary syrup, 1 oz of Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel, 3/4 oz of lemon juice, ice cubes, and 3 oz club soda. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary if desired.

    Rosemary Syrup:

    In a saucepan, put 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar and dissolve it over medium heat. Once the sugar has dissolved, add 3 sprigs of rosemary and let it cool.
