Sorrel and Cheese, please?
One of our first buyers was Patrick, a cheese monger, owner of Stinky Bklyn, a downtown staple for about 20 years.
He initially had a taste of Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel while doing a popup at our 1st commercial kitchen in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, named Foodworks. Later on, we received an email from him asking to buy his first few cases.
He Instantly knew that our sorrel would be a hit in their shop for their fellow cheese lovers. They experimented with our Sorrel and various cheeses and educated us and our fans on doing Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel cheese pairing right. We got the chance to experience it firsthand, and I was blown away by it as I paired various cheeses with Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel.
