Return + Refund Policy
**All items are currently out of stock and marked as preorders** We ship using patented and secure bottle shippers and make every effort for your order to arrive quickly and safely (transit time is relative to nearness to New York). Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please note the expected time of arrival. If your order arrived damaged or lost/ stolen please contact us in writing at assist@brooklynbrewedsorrel.com within 5 days of arrival or expected arrival for prompt replacement. The sooner the better!
If an item is damaged, lost or stolen please send us a picture via email of your packaging and or damaged item + as much of the following information that applies: your name, order number and or tracking number. We’ll send a new order out to you within 7 days at no additional cost and may require that you hold on to your package for an additional 5 days in accordance with UPS/ USPS claims policy.
Items are shipped as advertised and described. As Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel is a food product we do not issue refunds or returns. We issue replacements.
