The Rosemary Infusion Recipe (aka simple syrup) for Mocktails and Cocktails
Step up your mixing game! Create this rosemary simple syrup/ infusion to create our Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel Sparkling Rosemary Infusion.
Preparation time: 25 minutes Yield: 10 tablespoons

Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 2-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Directions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine rosemary, sugar and water. Stir occasionally until sugar has dissolved. Let it simmer for a few minutes and do not let boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat. Let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes allowing the rosemary to infuse into the syrup.
- Use strainer to remove the rosemary sprig and transfer to a glass container.
