Trying Dry January?

Here's what will happen.

😳 On your first day of dry January, you may have difficulty falling asleep.

😫 On the 3rd day, if you're a moderate drinker, you might feel dehydrated and may experience hangover-like symptoms.

🙂 On day 6, you may crave the sugar you get from alcohol; on a positive note, you will notice a great improvement in your concentration and sleep.

😁 On the tenth day and onwards, you'll be more energized and focused.

Aside from inner health improvement, the benefits of taking a dry January also show physically; one of the benefits you'll be excited about is losing weight. Giving up alcohol lowers your risk of obesity and helps you lose belly fat. Secondly, you may have healthier and better-looking skin. Some experts even claim that after a week of quitting alcohol, your skin completely renews itself.

So should you do dry January?

If you want to improve your health, a clear state of mind, and a better relationship with your loved ones, you should. For many of us here in the Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel community, life is just better when sober.
