Patrick, a cheesemonger, and owner of Stinky Bklyn, tasted Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel while doing a popup at our 1st commercial kitchen in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, named Foodworks. Later on, we received an email from him asking to buy his first few cases.
He Instantly knew that our sorrel would be a hit in their shop for their fellow cheese lovers. They experimented with our Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel and various cheese and educated us and our fans on doing Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel cheese pairing right. We got the chance to experience it firsthand, and I was blown away by it as I paired various cheese with Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel.
With most cheese textures varying from one to another, cheese pairing can be intimidating, and not only that, it’s tough to find a single drink that would match all cheeses.
