Bloom where you're planted.
Taking a step back in life gives you a different kind of perspective to see how things are and decide where you want to go. In 2015, when I took a break from all the hustle of my fashion career I saw a new path for me in the words "Bloom where you're planted."
Coming from a rich Trinidadian culture, as a child, my father's delicious and complex hibiscus-spiced brewed sorrel was a family favorite and when he was dealing with a layoff as a young parent to a bunch of teenage girls it became a way for him to support our family. It's funny how things come back around because when I was about 34 and going through a downtime in my fashion career taping into something so innate to me- this nonalcoholic Caribbean drink became my saving grace. It made me feel both proud to be Caribbean as well as a Muslim woman observing sobriety.
Today, Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel is loved and recommended by Bon Appetit magazine, James Beard Foundation, Epicurious, Tastemade, Black Owned Brooklyn, Food Network, Vogue, Beyoncé, and countless fans. We're glad to be of service to all of you!
Truly, listening to yourself and knowing when to pause or stop is a productive way to make sure you're on the right path and, eventually, come back stronger and better than before.
Place your order of Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel for the 1st time or umpteenth! Either way, I'm so thrilled to get to serve you.
Never miss a toast with our authentic nonalcoholic Caribbean mocktail!

"I ordered a large bottle just to give it a try. Needless to say, it was gone in a matter of days... and I didn't share with anyone! I placed another order, this time for several bottles so now I don't have to worry about running out. Love it! Darlene E. |
" I placed my order and it was received in two days, along with a thank you email. Great customer service and an amazing product. Congratulations and praying for your continued success. Keep up the great work. Michelle A. |
