We’re buzzing over here at Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel! Earlier this year, we had the absolute joy of partnering with the amazing Tiffanie Barriere and Shaker & Spoon for their February box, and it was a match made in mocktail heaven.

The order? 2,500 bottles of our sorrel, heading out to make zero-proof mocktails everywhere a little brighter, a little zippier, and a whole lot tastier. Seeing that many bottles go out the door was a proud moment for our small-batch team, and it’s the kind of milestone that reminds us why we do what we do.

Shaker & Spoon were exploring a sorrel-based syrup for their box, and while they toyed with making it themselves, they kept coming back to Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel. Honestly, we can’t blame them. Our sorrel is tangy, tart, and fruit-forward, with bright notes of ginger, warming allspice, fragrant bay leaves, and a hint of orange peel. Every sip is crafted from a 400-year-old family recipe that’s been lovingly perfected right here in Brooklyn, giving a taste that’s bold, balanced, and unmistakably soulful.
