Caviar & Sorrel. A pairing fit for royalty!

Many of our customers are food pairing aficionados. Discovering ways to pair and thus elevate your favorite foods is the name of the game!

When Stinky Brooklyn first  taught us about their sorrel & cheese pairings we were blown away and when you started recreating our cheeseboards, we were ecstatic!

Kyjah of Pearl Street Caviar has introduced another sophisticated pairing Sorrel and Caviar. A pairing fit for royalty!

At their #howicaviar event, sorrel was introduced in two ways- a Sparkling Ginger Infusion mocktail mixer and sorrel over ice. Caviar's salty and fatty taste was accentuated when a spicy and tangy sorrel cuts through it's rich and salty notes.

Kyjah beautifully said in her email,

"One person even felt the need to read the bottle to make sure it did not have alcohol in it for the sorrel over ice option.  Our guests really enjoyed the sorrel. For many guests, it was a new experience to drink sorrel and an excellent way to showcase that there are different ways to eat caviar"

Indeed, even the flavors of the sea reveal a whole different taste when paired with a nonalcoholic Caribbean hibiscus-spiced mocktail. Thanks Kyjah, for introducing us to caviar and sorrel pairing!

Never miss a toast with our authentic nonalcoholic Caribbean mocktail!

"I ordered a large bottle just to give it a try. Needless to say, it was gone in a matter of days... and I didn't share with anyone! I placed another order, this time for several bottles so now I don't have to worry about running out. Love it! Darlene E. " I placed my order and it was received in two days, along with a thank you email. Great customer service and an amazing product. Congratulations and praying for your continued success. Keep up the great work. Michelle A.
