Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel + rosemary infused expertly crafted mocktail mixer recipe
We first learned this refreshing recipe from the chefs at Wolf, the renowned restaurant inside Nordstrom. During our Pop-Up Residency at Nordstrom NYC, Wolf featured Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel at several of their events. Their mixologists experimented with our mocktail and created a few standout recipes. Our founder’s favorite was so good, we had to share it with you firsthand!
This mocktail is perfect for winding down in quiet moments or serving at lively gatherings. With its herb-infused twist, it elevates the rich Caribbean heritage of Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel— crafted with hibiscus roselle, ginger, cinnamon, and spices—into something fresh and surprising that’s sure to wow friends, family, and guests.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Rosemary simple syrup (see recipe below)
- 1 oz Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz club soda
- Ice
- (Optional) Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Directions
- In a glass, combine rosemary syrup, Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel, lemon juice, and ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig for an aromatic finish.
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar.
